To ensure rigorous fire safety and structural integrity, all CladStyle facade systems are engineered to meet Ontario Building Code (OBC) requirements. We utilize FR-rated (Fire-Retardant) cores and materials tested to ASTM E84 and CAN/ULC-S134 standards for non-combustible construction.
Fabrication Tolerances
We maintain sub-millimeter precision by utilizing in-house CNC fabrication. This process allows us to maintain a strict ±0.5mm tolerance on all panel folds and cuts, ensuring mitered corners and complex transitions align perfectly with site-verified layouts.
Facade Coordination
To bridge the gap between design and execution, we provide early-stage facade coordination. Our team translates architectural intent into site-verified shop drawings, mapping actual building conditions to ensure consistent joint spacing and structural alignment across every elevation.
