This residential facade project was developed around a clean black-and-white exterior expression, with the garage door and surrounding wall cladding coordinated to create a hidden-door effect. The system combines 4mm fire-rated Off-White and Midnight Black Ideabond aluminum composite panels with CladMart fluted composite panels. Black fluted panels were used at the front facade, while Creamy Cedar fluted panels were used at the rear to bring warmth and texture to the exterior. Sharp ACM returns, angled off-white panel conditions, and aligned black cladding were coordinated to carry the architectural lines through the project. CladStyle’s scope included design, material supply, fabrication, and installation, supporting a finished facade with clean transitions, consistent alignment, and a refined modern appearance.
